Quality Control

From incoming material to final load testing, each XIMA lift passes defined inspection points.

Incoming material

Steel, hydraulic components, electrical parts and safety devices are checked before production. Non-conforming material is held and reviewed before use.

In-process inspection

Dimensions, welds, alignment and assembly are checked at defined stages. Changes are recorded so the finished machine matches the approved configuration.

Final testing

Each unit is operated through its full range and inspected before packing. Load and function tests are carried out according to the product type and project requirements.
